We are a family oriented establishment. Instructors work with students to recognize each individual ability and we understand that everyone learns at different rates.

You can wear clothes such as an athletic t-shirt, and running shorts with no pockets. These clothes will properly equip you to do all of the physical activities without being restricted, and to be able to properly deal with sweat.
